Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT)

EFT is a humanistic, evidence-based, experience-oriented, person-centered conversation therapy. This means that the focus is on the challenges you experience in very specific situations in your life right now, and that it is you who chooses what is important for you to work with. 

The method has been developed through 40 years of research in therapeutic processes, and  is internationally recognized. 

EFT is known to show good and long lasting effect , especially in the work with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, relational problems, self-criticism and trauma.
